Policy

Juvenile suspects shall be processed according to the policies and procedures set forth in P&P 8-300 Juvenile Arrest Procedures.

Refer to the Commonly Used Terms page for general definitions.

  • Juvenile: An individual who is under the age of eighteen (18) years.
